privacy policy

the short version

glazin collects as little as possible. no accounts. no emails. no tracking your real identity. ratings from friends are completely anonymous — even to us.

what we collect

• · your display name — optional, only if you type one in
• · your self-ratings (6 trait scores, 1.0–10.0)
• · friend ratings submitted on your link (anonymous scores only)
• · an anonymous session id to link your ratings together
• · a temporary browser fingerprint to prevent duplicate friend ratings

what we never collect

• · email addresses
• · phone numbers
• · location data
• · the real identity of anyone who rates you
• · any data from anyone under 13

anonymity of raters

when a friend rates you, we store their scores but not who they are. there is no way for you — or us — to trace a rating back to a specific person. that's the whole point.

where data is stored

all data is stored on supabase (postgres database on us servers). we also use vercel for hosting and firebase for anonymous usage analytics (no personal data is sent to firebase).

age requirement

you must be 13 or older to use glazin. if you are under 13, please don't use this app. if we find out a user is under 13, we will delete their data.

deleting your data

want your data removed? email us at privacy@glazin.lol with your session link and we'll delete everything within 7 days.

changes

if we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. using glazin after that means you're cool with the changes.
